The revised org structure in 2022. Cares about employees Process centric Good salary & benefits Hybrid working Work life balance

Dislikes

Organisation needs to focus on reskilling long runners , especially grades 70 , 80 and 90. Most of these middle management are outdated in terms of technology and ways of working which influences work environments and culture . Philip’s needs to follow lean processes and decommission PEPF which is outdated .
