No transparency in sharing your area seen as concern. It will crop directly at your appraisal and it will be shock
They say having open interview methodology for job rotation but always your current manager word on your performance plays vital role in securing your new role. If you have bad name there you will never get new role.
Roles transferred are displayed as analytics but in the end you are just doing mundane job assigned from onshore and no innovative action. In case if something is done on your own and fails, you are in soup. Better go with the tide.
Job security is the worst and you will be terrorized to drop your papers if you fall in wrong side of onshore counterparts.
More efficient you are brings more work. More work is mundane so efficiency doesn't help in your career growth
Issues relating to onshore is given priority & any issues created because of any silly mistakes from Chennai is considered as heinous crime....Read More

Pathetic work culture. You will be loaded with work and expectations is sky high. In return, management does not support you to perform. Knowledge transfer from offsite to GBS happens highly unstructured. Expect surprises when you work which are not covered in KT. Only way company knows to get work done from you is by threatening your job. Hier and fire is the culture!!!
