Good thing is too much Life balance and you will easily come to comfort zone.

Developers work is not good. You work on old technologies and multiple BUs have their old product and no proper KT is given and you are made to fix Defects, enhance an already built code snippet and visit medical center when there is new release/upgrade and fix the issue in once a while-weekend. They promised to move to cloud 2 years back(still after completing 2 years), they are still not in a state. You will easily loose touch of whatever you had learned before coming to Philips. Job security after Covid - 2022 has become worse. They pay you well, but you will be in a shock once they inform you that you have notice period left and to search outside. 1) No job security, and for new joiners it’s difficult survive. 2) There is no KT fro new joiners you always have to struggle 3) they are using outdated technologies and lots of issues in product 4) No hike 3%,4% 5) it’s kind of startup environment

0% Job security. Always Lay-offs in every business units to make profit. Technology wise philips is very far compared to other competitors . They are failing to make a foot print for most of the healthcare products other than Uk, Brazil and few others.

Great place to learn as the end to end from project planning , R&D , Quality, Regulatory, sales , supply, manufacturing everything in India - pune, so one who works in Philips IGTS business unit he will be working on end to end 5 days work - hybrid only

There is no innovation are in SRC department. It’s not creative work at all. All software engineers are doing documentation works. And manager is literally handling everything like a call centre management. Even if they start any new development under this management nothing going to work

No promotions and good hikes from last 3 years. People are here from more than a decade are not updated with latest skills.

Philips culture and people managers were good, but it's declined over last 2-3 years

HR doesn't care about employees, nobody is bothered about employee well being. They are only promoting LGBTQ+ initiatives.
