No Job security. Hire and Fire process. No matter how much skilled you are. You will be fired with out any cause. I have seen best employee of the year got fired with in the quarter after he received award by saying performance is bad. God knows. Promotions and hikes are very bad.

Not adapting new technologies. I do receive appreciation emails from client but unnoticed during appraisals.

Team was very good with youngsters, and its wonderful opportunity here for beginners for learning skills, improving their communication skills. Carrier growth is not as we expect, worst part is employees are not satisfied with appraisal. Yes politics is their that is very bad part of organisation. Learning and work environment is superb.

There is so much politics.Lack in recognising employees talent . Appraisal is not as per the experience.
