I recently graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I have secured a job as a Business Analyst at an eCommerce brand with a salary package of 4.5 LPA. Considering I graduated from a tier 3 college and got the job off-campus, is this a good package? No Job security. Hire and Fire process. No matter how much skilled you are. You will be fired with out any cause. I have seen best employee of the year got fired with in the quarter after he received award by saying performance is bad. God knows. Promotions and hikes are very bad.

The company is good to learn new things and colleagues are really good and we work happily. I like employee re-hire policy here.

Not adapting new technologies. I do receive appreciation emails from client but unnoticed during appraisals.
