Transportation and promotion criteria. They have certain bus routes fixed 17 years ago. They do not want to change that routes as per employee requirement even after a good number of people want to change it. Stubborn attitude of old decision makers. There are engineers with 18 years of experience, they are still senior engineers!! This kind of engineers are in good numbers. Unsure about the aproch of management towards these engineers. No job security. You will asked to leave the laptop and other belonging of Petrofac suddenly and will be asked to leave the company. No prior notice on the attrition part. And no respect and recognition to well performing employee. No rewards ,no recognition, not even a certificate will be issued. Manager's are so toxic in this company
