Teammates were good and it was the only likeable thing there. Rest everything are horrible and terrible conditions of working are really disgusting for an internationally reputed contracting company.
Dislikes
Trainings were poor and no scope of development; too much of partiality / favouritism; Career growth - only confined to a group. Not fair and transparent enough. Hard working people keep working while the rest who enjoy keep doing so and the appraisals too get in their favour. Other aspects above (in bracket) have been rated.
Work Details
Joined as Engineer and remained Engineer when I was asked to move out for vague reasons. Not justified how the action has been taken while not providing fair opportunities for growth. Whenever the requirements are put, the project schedule comes first.!

Transportation and promotion criteria. They have certain bus routes fixed 17 years ago. They do not want to change that routes as per employee requirement even after a good number of people want to change it. Stubborn attitude of old decision makers. There are engineers with 18 years of experience, they are still senior engineers!! This kind of engineers are in good numbers. Unsure about the aproch of management towards these engineers.
