-The Company is Public limited and the exposure to process is good. -Here you get enormous opportunity for self learning. -Processes are niche and rare to find in other companies. -Good people and seniors are a complete package of knowledge which you can absorb. -On Time appraisals -Many International standards to learn and follow

Dislikes

-Company do not provide training ( Not atleast in the plant I was posted) -Initial Perks are less but it increases gradually. -Employee politics -Work environment and infrastructure

Work Details

I started my job as a fresher and had being working there for 4 and half years. I worked as A quality Engineer and late I was promoted to be a Management representative.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
