1. The company culture needs improvement—there is a lack of support and empathy from management. 2. Management is often inflexible when it comes to work-from-home (WFH) policies, even in emergencies. 3. Discrepancy in work policies: some employees work remotely full-time while others are required to be in the office. This inconsistency feels unfair. 4. Hybrid work culture is poorly implemented. Management does not accommodate occasional WFH requests, instead asking employees to take leave for even one or two days of remote work. 5. The focus seems to be on physical presence in the office rather than on the quality and outcomes of work. 6.
