This place is not co-ordinated, there is no proper system that one can base their expectations on about work, about salary expectations. Very poor and frustrating overall work experience.

When I joined Pepper Content about two years ago, they were a very good brand. They use to provide assignments on time, the work was reviewed and submitted to the client on time, who in turn approved it within 1 month of submission. Hence, the payments also came within the window. The management back then was quite good.

Dislikes

Since the start of 2023, the company has provided poor support to the writers and editors. First, the client can request as many edits as required so the work gets stuck in revision cycles. Then, there's no time limit on when the client should approve. I have assignments that were submitted 3 months ago but the client has not approved so I haven't gotten paid. You have to constantly contact them for updates and even then you get limited information....Read More

They don't have much clients to allocate the work to freelancers. They have hired so many freelance writer & don't have work to allocate. Trouble in submitting assignment Payment delays by 5-6 months No clarity from their side on anything No response on mail or phone call Basically, don't join Pepper content if you are considering this as your primary source of income. Not recommended for freelancers. Poor payment process, delayed payments. Payments made only after client approval, which can mean months, despite articles being submitted on time.

Job security is still a question as they keep certain employees on TPC role which doesnt not guarantee a job security as its a contractual role . Work culture is nice and there is no micromanagement which is one of the amazing things seen at Pepper. We have good company policies but again no benefits to TPC employees but not very sure of the benefits for full time employees .

Pepper Content is one of the rapidly growing global marketplace and is achieving higher growth . Its culture is amazing and it is where you can manage your work life balance without hustles . Its brand name is being known internationally.
