When I joined Pepper Content about two years ago, they were a very good brand. They use to provide assignments on time, the work was reviewed and submitted to the client on time, who in turn approved it within 1 month of submission. Hence, the payments also came within the window. The management back then was quite good.

Dislikes

Since the start of 2023, the company has provided poor support to the writers and editors. First, the client can request as many edits as required so the work gets stuck in revision cycles. Then, there's no time limit on when the client should approve. I have assignments that were submitted 3 months ago but the client has not approved so I haven't gotten paid. You have to constantly contact them for updates and even then you get limited information....Read More

Not recommended for freelancers. Poor payment process, delayed payments. Payments made only after client approval, which can mean months, despite articles being submitted on time.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
