No salary hike, very less hike, very less incentives compared to other companies. Your work depends on your manager. If they’re knowledgeable they will help.. else they will blame for their faults as well.

There is stress in every job you perform. The willingness of continous learning and growth will keep you surviving and achieving great at work. I'm well satisfied with the work here at Taggd, by PeopleStrong. We do have work stress but my performance keeps me satisfied.

Dislikes

There is no reason why I wouldn't continue here. Only if I get good higher opportunity, I would think about switch later on. But as a fresher, I still want to learn and PeopleStrong is a great platform.

I am working as an recruitment associate their ,was completely responsible for end to end recruitment process ,only as I am in conversion process we we're not sourcing the profiles,but rest all the step has to followed by us as given recruitment cycle
