Basically it is not disliking but it is my concern if I am depending on some one and they close laptop at 6 pm or working as per there SLA than what do we do , if I am the front facing.

No salary hike, very less hike, very less incentives compared to other companies. Your work depends on your manager. If they’re knowledgeable they will help.. else they will blame for their faults as well.

Company is unorganised. There’s no proper track of professional achievements. They come up with numerous changes on a weekly basis. Projects mostly go on hold and they lack on taking care of the employees. In the starting of the year they had a head count of 1400 people which now is less than 700. They hire and fire people with no guarantee. Also, the company culture allows the management to use their positions inappropriately. Nishant Ahuja- Senior Delivery Manager, is one among them. poor culture , people working overtime(no overtime pay also) and late nights are considered great and does impact the rating of employees who don't.
