Employee centric policies, virtually unlimited leaves, good managers and average coworkers at least in my team.

Dislikes

Higher management is mostly focused on clients. It is a good thing but it shouldn't be at the expense of comfort of employees (Pega GCS). Too many unqualified high severity incidents (tickets) are coming in and instead of telling the clients that they shouldn't be misusing the system, management is blurring the lines between what counts as a high severity case and a average severity case. Work life used to be fun but during the recent WFH times, it has gotten a lot hectic. Hopefully that will change after offices open again.

Dislikes

Partial for telegu people, lot of politics inside GCS, no work life balance, No job security. They can fire you anytime according to their wish without giving any valid reason. If you want good appraisal keep your boss happy not in terms of work but other factors.
