It's a P.N.P.C company. Director they don't have any personal view if any old sinior tell something they believe it, event the don't judge that's new comers are right or not. They terminated you with out any reason, even they dot tell that's what's you fault . Fully bokous work environment if you stay with paint devision, The Manager and 1 people very dangerous. 2 people can take you job specially the manager MR. H. Dutta. He is the very harmful poison & Second one is poison. They pretend that they are very conscious about you but they visit to director room and told them that you don't work properly, you don't know any work like that....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
