It's a P.N.P.C company. Director they don't have any personal view if any old sinior tell something they believe it, event the don't judge that's new comers are right or not. They terminated you with out any reason, even they dot tell that's what's you fault . Fully bokous work environment if you stay with paint devision, The Manager and 1 people very dangerous. 2 people can take you job specially the manager MR. H. Dutta. He is the very harmful poison & Second one is poison. They pretend that they are very conscious about you but they visit to director room and told them that you don't work properly, you don't know any work like that.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
