Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

This is very work company ever in terms of type of work and quality of work they do, no well experience staff here , no benefits for employees through company, Salary is also not on time it's 22-25 of every month. Management is also not so good. I request those who are reading this, please don't go there for job and Business purpose.
