Company management was very good and work life balance was also good but growth opportunity was not satisfactory.

No support was given during Covid 19. Also, they just sent the email to more than 5000 employees and terminated them without any reason. No job security, very bad culture and politics are vary from employee to employee. Most of the bottom Performers employees are still in the system because of favouritism. Overall a bad experience!! I will never recommend to anyone.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
