Senior Management's unprofessional behavior, no guidance in completing tasks, treats employees like dogs, HR is a joke and present just for the sake of labor laws, CEO dresses like a homeless person, everyone focuses on highlighting only good things to the management even when there aren't any and completely lose their shit when any bad thing happens, doesn't know shit about crisis management

No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices..
