Seniors are very toxic even work time is 9.30am to 6.30pm they will start meeting and VC 7 am and night 11 pm meeting no work life balance and fake commitment don't work in paytm

Very Very very bad culture in Paytm. Very rudely talk and nothing and not pramotion not salary increment nothing. Guys don't work in Paytm, anything will be fire from company.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. Manager pleasing Repeated work but everything is required in one day No new skill development. College level coding Managers are not skilled, managers don't work here, managers don't update leaves, tasks to team. They are hired to force fully make team work on weekends. Managers are family and friends. You cannot reach senior position, you will get fired.
