Seniors are very toxic even work time is 9.30am to 6.30pm they will start meeting and VC 7 am and night 11 pm meeting no work life balance and fake commitment don't work in paytm

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Good for the learning at the beginning of the career

Not equal opportunities are provided to all. No appreciation for the good work. No R&R. People at the middle management don't have relevant knowledge of their function leading to increasing the attrition at the ground level.

I would like to clarify that I work 30 days in a month, excluding Sundays, but the system is only calculating 16 to 20 days. I have not received any updates on this issue. If there is any way to address this, please acknowledge it as it would greatly help improve my work.
