No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. How easily they deceive the employee. They will show you the moon, stars, and the sun during onboarding. And I don't see anything good. Oh, I just remembered, they were teaching how to fool people properly.

They give the work of a sales executive while naming the job as a sales manager. On top of that they'll give such a high target that you'll be completely exhausted trying to achieve it. And the biggest thing is, there’s no fixed salary at all. Even that, if the employee has worked between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the next month, only then will the salary come; otherwise, it won’t. An employee who joins between the 1st and 5th of the month is out of luck they definitely won't get their salary because they won’t be able to complete the target in just 10 days. Even if you work the whole month, you still won’t get paid. Because it will take 4-5 days just to understand the work and to get product knowledge. It's laughable, during onboarding they’ll say there's no work pressure here, that they don’t put pressure on anyone. But how can you not give pressure when you don't even pay the salary. Seniors behaviour is very disappointing specially regional managers HR management and one of the most finance department. Resigned before 1 year 3 months but expenses and allowances are still pending. Now my hope ended to receive any amount from paytm(one97 communications).

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words. QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

The only good thing was remote work which does not exist anymore.

Everything. No vision. No task prioritisation. Things are always on fire, every requirement comes as an ad-hoc task and the deadline to complete was yesterday. Incompetent and rude middle managers and leadership; especially in the product team. Do yourself a favour and please stay away from Paytm.

Senior Management's unprofessional behavior, no guidance in completing tasks, treats employees like dogs, HR is a joke and present just for the sake of labor laws, CEO dresses like a homeless person, everyone focuses on highlighting only good things to the management even when there aren't any and completely lose their shit when any bad thing happens, doesn't know shit about crisis management
