1. Engineering managers are two-faced; they act nice to your face but behave differently behind your back. 2. The company culture is not good; managers pass all their pressure onto the team. 3. No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have.....Read More

Seniors behaviour is very disappointing specially regional managers HR management and one of the most finance department. Resigned before 1 year 3 months but expenses and allowances are still pending. Now my hope ended to receive any amount from paytm(one97 communications).

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words. QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

The only good thing was remote work which does not exist anymore.

Everything. No vision. No task prioritisation. Things are always on fire, every requirement comes as an ad-hoc task and the deadline to complete was yesterday. Incompetent and rude middle managers and leadership; especially in the product team. Do yourself a favour and please stay away from Paytm.
