I have a very good experience in Paytm in past almost 7 years I have learnt alot from this company

I like only working hours(8 hours) but we get only one weak off (in CST specially). No career, no appraisals on time, no extra learning

Dislikes

Leadership, no career growth (specially in CST), no appraisals on time, minimum learning, less appreciation, no exposure of skills.

Work Details

I will say only little work satisfactory because lots of issues arries if you are joining CST team because company doesn't hire on company payroll and thats really not cool and you will not suppose to get the timely appraisals and IJPs as well.
