There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..

College level coding Managers are not skilled, managers don't work here, managers don't update leaves, tasks to team. They are hired to force fully make team work on weekends. Managers are family and friends. You cannot reach senior position, you will get fired. Managers are BCA or BA from average college giving extreme pressure to NIT, DTU, IITIANs No work life balance, you cannot tell your personal reason for leave because manager will taunt in front of team Work doesn't matter here, if you are good in licking Managers are so unskilled that they don't know how to distribute work No team outings, no appreciations, no party after product launch.
