There is noting to like in Paytm.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Not equal opportunities are provided to all. No appreciation for the good work. No R&R. People at the middle management don't have relevant knowledge of their function leading to increasing the attrition at the ground level.

Promotion is received quickly but the situation is the same even after promotion, do the work like a laborer by listening to the abuses
