No work life balance. Your managers will treat you like a slave and will put you on PIPs if you say no anyday to work at midnight. Crunch of people and no job security. One day HR will call you and tell u to put down your papers as we dont require this position anymore. HR is useless here btw. Even if you go to them and tell them that I work 7 days a week they will not take any action. However they will tell it to your bosses. No structure here. You will not be involved in decision making however you will be asked to work upon illogical demands...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
