Seniors are very toxic even work time is 9.30am to 6.30pm they will start meeting and VC 7 am and night 11 pm meeting no work life balance and fake commitment don't work in paytm

Very Very very bad culture in Paytm. Very rudely talk and nothing and not pramotion not salary increment nothing. Guys don't work in Paytm, anything will be fire from company.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..

College level coding Managers are not skilled, managers don't work here, managers don't update leaves, tasks to team. They are hired to force fully make team work on weekends.
