Senior Management's unprofessional behavior, no guidance in completing tasks, treats employees like dogs, HR is a joke and present just for the sake of labor laws, CEO dresses like a homeless person, everyone focuses on highlighting only good things to the management even when there aren't any and completely lose their shit when any bad thing happens, doesn't know shit about crisis management

as a fresher I get good opportunity here. for a fresher it a good opportunity to work in paytm because in nowadays when everyone is asking for experience paytm is not asking experience because they got cheap labor.

in paytm there is very toxic work environment, you don't get any promotion and appraisal they give literally zero % of hike. for job security management instantly fire employees for the very silly reason like if you can't make the aws infrastructure ready in 5 days (for a single person) management will fire instantly. there are no working hours fixed. and even you will never get any appreciation from your manager....Read More
