There is noting to like in Paytm.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

1. Engineering managers are two-faced; they act nice to your face but behave differently behind your back. 2. The company culture is not good; managers pass all their pressure onto the team. 3. Senior Management's unprofessional behavior, no guidance in completing tasks, treats employees like dogs, HR is a joke and present just for the sake of labor laws, CEO dresses like a homeless person, everyone focuses on highlighting only good things to the management even when there aren't any and completely lose their shit when any bad thing happens, doesn't know shit about crisis management
