Seniors are very toxic even work time is 9.30am to 6.30pm they will start meeting and VC 7 am and night 11 pm meeting no work life balance and fake commitment don't work in paytm

Very Very very bad culture in Paytm. Very rudely talk and nothing and not pramotion not salary increment nothing. Guys don't work in Paytm, anything will be fire from company.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. Seniors behaviour is very disappointing specially regional managers HR management and one of the most finance department. Resigned before 1 year 3 months but expenses and allowances are still pending. Now my hope ended to receive any amount from paytm(one97 communications).

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words. QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.

College level coding Managers are not skilled, managers don't work here, managers don't update leaves, tasks to team. They are hired to force fully make team work on weekends. Managers are family and friends. You cannot reach senior position, you will get fired. Managers are BCA or BA from average college giving extreme pressure to NIT, DTU, IITIANs No work life balance, you cannot tell your personal reason for leave because manager will taunt in front of team Work doesn't matter here, if you are good in licking Managers are so unskilled that they don't know how to distribute work No team outings, no appreciations, no party after product launch. Salary for sales grade employees is to worst because of there point based salary structure .few didn't get 5000 per month working for 30 days.
