Strongly recommend do not join this company before joining the company I have seen the glass door reviews as 3.2 overall inspite of that I joined the company after joining I felt it was a big mistake

very toxic culture with no extra benefits or facilities. Promised higher number of ESOPs, post joining reduced it to half. Team budgets is very low to afford even a single outing in a year. Top management people are very unqualified for the role.
