Extremely toxic culture. Management start giving threatening from day to put you on PIP Extreme pressure. No work life balance at all. HR is for the sake only even if you raise your voice you will be terminated Start your day early morning and till 11 o'clock u will required to work However all top management enjoy the life never go to office, works from from. Hire and fire policy, Seniors can fire anyone at any time and there is no involvement of the HR team, the most surprising thing is that in Paytm that even though, seniors can even abuse their juniors but no action will be taken against them by HR team and action will be taken against the complainant Even if you have solid proof of your senior, action will be taken against the complainant and after that he will be thrown out from the company on false charges, this is the truth of Paytm...Read More
