everthing nice but higher mangement spoil everything in terms of appraisal, growth , work culture. Higher management always do good only with his/her favourite employee. They don’t think deserving candidate. Partially , Favouritism play very crucial role there specially operations/Cst departments.

1. Team Leads and Managers are Rude, aggressive. 2. Late night working and working on Saturday and sunday is common here 3. Get abused is daily things even though you are giving your almost 100%. If you give 99.99 % and you misssed 0.01%. Than get ready for abuse and humiliations in front of entire team. 4. Job security is LOL in Paytm. 5. You won't find developers more than 1.5 yrs working in paytm. Each year entire almost all developers resign and company hire the whole team again. 6. No team culture. Just Owner and Slave culture. 7. Good exposure to big data technologies like Hive, and Hadoop, SQL optimization & understanding of the Banking domain.

Dislikes

There is no Data Dictionary for many databases & documentation of business flows which is too difficult to develop code & make conclusions. Too much team politics & worst management with illogical follow-ups in critical projects.
