WLB and Culture is not really good. You are expected to work late evenings(depends on Teams also). Prod Deployments at night time. And for a week you have to be 24*7 available to monitor Prod once in a month or so. Culture is not good, people simply talk in Hindi like real Indian Lala company. Nice compensation and brand value. There are some managers who will actually believe in you and try their best to motivate you. Many people working here have good intentions.

Some managers can create gossips and can spread rumors/actual information and their own judgements about individual's personal life. They can be desperate to prove to everyone that you are a victim of something and how they are helping you. Instead of judging you by your work, they judge you by what external people says about your personal life, what are you posting on social media or for how much time you speak in scrum meetings. Even the people at the top most management use scrum meetings as a tool to become a hero in everyone's eyes. Extreme level of politics is followed. It is very difficult to understand their true intentions and their deep level of politics initially. According to them the only kind of strong people are those who are extremely political, shoe-licker and can speak rubbish for hours. They can't even imagine that a woman can have self respect. It is good company for people who those who are politically strong and can enjoy doing politics, manipulation and taking credits.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics at upper management. No ethics are followed. They can be even obsessed with the personal life of women employees. There is zero diversity and inclusion. They think that people like them are only kind of strong. Judging, spreading and making it appear like an help is usually their political strategy.
