Pros - Great ownership, independence in work. Flexible working hours. People behave professionally.

Extremely disorganized - work demarcation between teams is poor. Org lacks clear vision and focus. Very little product or business culture - tonnes of opinions, but no structure or vision. Not enough ownership in many teams - very high attrition.

There is no Data Dictionary for many databases & documentation of business flows which is too difficult to develop code & make conclusions. Too much team politics & worst management with illogical follow-ups in critical projects.
