I received an offer from PayPal India for the Data Architect role in Grade 27. The compensation offered is ; ₹80 lakh base, plus 80 lakh RSU (3-year vest) and ₹16 lakh variable Is this a good offer considering my level of experience for the grade? Has anyone provided feedback on the work-life balance, as I've heard a lot about restructuring stuff and layoffs? thanks in advance.

Very poor management and a long hierarchy. APAC people are extremely rude when dealing with Indian counterparts. Especially, no shame in our team when it comes to working on weekends.
