No one listen to your opinions..Its just a political hub those who satisfies the upper manager you can literally do anything.

Dislikes

Its not managed properly..the head of the department who is also a co founder does not value where are you stuck..he will just randomly call you and ask for status for which he does not know anything..if you want to work in call center this is the best place for you.
