The company lacks technology, the Mangement has bad name in the market, No customer orientation. No proper system & process in place, Exttremely high attrition because of ill-treatment given to employee, over ambitious & unrealistic target pressure on PG selling. Misappropriation of fund from nodal account. Company has been black listed and the management display no work ethics & culture, salary is not remitted on time and deduction in Payout without any intimation, No HR policy in place, mandatory PF deduction but no account open in EPFO. They don't pay u for local travel conveyance....Read More

The company lacks basic technology, there is no core competence, no visibility no band marketing. No focus on customer relationship. They take set up fee and do not able to integrate api and no refund to ME.no proper system or process in place. extremely high attrition because of ill treatment with employee, unreasonable target pressure from day 1 of joining unjustified numbers to achieve. No competitive edge in the PG product.No incentive nor bonus. Salary not on time and they deduct without intimation or valid reason. Management has bad name in market. No bank is willing to associate with PayGate. They are one way blacklisted due to misappropriation of fund. EPFO account is not opened and unfair practice of PF deduction.
