Top Management is profesional but the middle management (HOD level) is inexperienced, incompetent & unprofessional. Most of them are mismatched in their position to fulfil the required job responsibilities.

Pay Scale is very poor in Plastic Division. Too many Managers with orthodox attitude which leads to wastage of time and repitative work.
