Stuck in low salary
As I navigate through my professional journey, I have come to a roadblock - being stuck in a low salary. With 3 years of experience and a non-tech background, my current CTC is only 2.6 LPA (BPO Non voice). However, there is a glimmer of hope as my company has hinted at promoting me to a team lead position in April with a package of 3.5 LPA.
