I have some ponts thats i like to work in Patel Engineering Ltd. 1) Flexibility in work. 2) Job security 3) Incentives during work against target acheived. If you are a hard worker then company has been support you in all respect.

Dislikes

I have only 1 point that is salary delay. In our company Salary has been depend upon Project Revenue. If your project has been running on time and revenue has been also generate every month then you got your salary on time. If your project revenue is delay then salary of all staff has been also delay till payment has been not received from client. So every Project site has been seperate payment schedule depend upon his progress or Revenue generation. We have also face such type of problem....Read More

Work Details

The Job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance yo wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
