company policies are not good for pay-roll employees, only commission structure traders can grow here. many cons are there, like - 1. no leave on saturdays, even for traders. you just have to punch in. 2. no paid leave, u are absent for any reason, ur salary will be deducted. in a year, they add one more month of salary, im lieu of the salary deducted through out the year. and it is called bonus. now a days, don't know which companies follows this type of practice....Read More
