Horrible experience..No work ethics, no empathy towards colleagues or juniors, seniors treat juniors like slave and overburden them with work, no discipline, no proper compensation for extra work or extra hours, people are forced to work extra even when they deny and made to stay back in office till midnight or even after that and they don't pay any attention towards their safety at that time of the day..also nobody listens to the problems of the workers (neither team manager, nor HR even not the CEO).. if someone has any issues they are just simply asked to quit the job coz they don't have problem resolution skills....Read More

Work culture, seniors behavior towards juniors, overburdening the employees and not listening to their problems or issues.. they have just one focus "how to get the work done by hook or by crook".. people don't matter to them only work does..non-friendly environment..dirty politics.. Pathetic experience
