Regarding Mohali /Chd location these are best organisations to start your career as freshers but as you progress in your career further opportunities are seemingly limited, compensation and leave policies are good. Also internal HR forums are there to help you in case of any issues.

Dislikes

As in most organisations your further growth depends on your relationship with your manager and internal politics do play a major role.
