The company is following work from home for all it's employees. Working at office is not at all encouraged. No deduction in health insurance benefits as well.

Dislikes

Before Corona, the mess food was not so commendable.

Work Details

Not too much stress as it is a fresher level designation.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
