I was worked here as a software engineer. The things which i like the most about this company is open door policies and flexibility in working hours. All the employees here are talented and there is a lot of learning scope.

Hassel free place for those who do their work properly. Calm work environment allows to focus completely. Colleagues are cordial and behavior is good. Top management is doing some great work.

TIP: HONEST Review for freshers only. -Good for such freshers who aim only learning goals, not earning. You should have your family's financial background very strong, assuming that in 3 years you will be paid a stipend-like amount. -You will definitely learn new things. Company forcing you to give positive feedbacks on portals like AmbitionBox or Glassdoor. So please be aware of fake reviews. Honest advice is DON NOT APPLY FOR JOB if they ask you to sign a BOND of 2/3 years. They will show you a nice presentation about how you will get 5-8LPA till the 3rd year. But believe me, this company will give you a hardly 3 digit or max 2K hike every year. They will do adjustments in CTC on paper accordingly. If you don't agree with their appraisals, they simply reply back one of the reasons following: 1. We expect you to perform well. 2. Our company did not work well. We are at a loss, still, we gave you a ₹4800/Annual appraisal. 3. As per our protocols, we already stretch for you. Later then if you still don't agree on that appraisal, you will be forced to accept that 3digit increment or else they straight-away warn you that they won't give you an increased salary and will be continued with the previous. i.e. Take that appraisal or Get the previous salary only. If you tried to get out of this bond, they will be very happy to accept your resignation against 3 Lakhs - 5 Lakhs only. TIP: you have to pay more for the release letter and experience letter. Looting employees by forcing them to break bonds is the company's additional primary business. Please be aware. Connect with ex-employees or currently working people on LinkedIn and them how the appraisal cycle works. They have the right to change your CTC structure at any time.
