Best part is there is a lot more things to learn and everyone here is helpful in nature including boss, Chairman, CEO. They do care about our career. Working environment is okay, and client side working is good as I've experienced

The only thing I like about paramatrix is its training program that is given for fresher. It helps them to grow in the field,

Paramatrix sends the employees to the client places in mumbai after completion of the training without telling them the exact requirement for which they are deployed there. Most of the time employees get support work which is 24*7.
