Job Security is there as you perform well. Work culture is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. Some of us got chance to visit our NY and Miami office and meet client in person.

In current scenario, if you not able to cope up, you can be removed or go down the ladder from your position. Current management is not thinking more about the employees and only thinking of cutting costs and how to save money, which i dislike at the moment and also there is no work life balance at the moment as meetings are set at different times.

Team had all the freedom and the new joiners would get a good salary packages but for the existing employees the appraisal and hike were terrible.
