Nothing to mention such. In my working tenure I found my HR team,cco and some of the managers good to work with.

Their policies,management statergies are pathetic. Their Sr Management people speaks rudely and irrespectively abuse their employees

Good areas of growth if you get a chance. In Accounts and weekly department have very good managers.

Dislikes

Favourism, Job security, too much politics in payroll department, less increment, deserving people got demotion from TL to executives and TL is a person who has a very less knowledge in the field areas. Too much overtime.

The work environment is good. Management people are quite nice.

Salary benifit is not what you expect. Some of the team work culture is very moderate. And the standard employee work recognising in paperchase is not good. You will work hard but you will not recognise or not even get rewarded for your work. Above scenario is not for all the team at paperchase but some of the team at paperchase.
